Limits

Limits are enforced at the organization level:

• Draft limit — max projects in Draft status
• Build (publish) limit — max projects in Published status
• Members limit — max organization members (excluding the owner)
• Storage limit — total storage for uploaded floor plans, area / marker images, and custom icons

Lite support

Faster human help when you need it. 4 expert edits per month, 48-hour response SLA (business hours), dedicated email + chat channel, quarterly account review. Already included in Enterprise.

Premium service

Hands-on care for existing maps. 20 expert edits per month, same-day response SLA, dedicated account manager, custom CSS support. Lite support and Premium service are mutually exclusive — Premium is the step up, picking one clears the other.

Professional Setup

We build your first map for you: floor plan traced and vector-cleaned, up to 30 areas defined, up to 50 markers placed and labeled, default styling applied, 2 revision rounds. Quantity-able — buy multiple to have multiple maps delivered.

Pro Annual bundle: the first Professional Setup is included free when you subscribe to Pro on an annual billing cycle. The discount applies to exactly one setup per checkout; additional setups in the same order are billed at full price.

White Glove Setup

Premium onboarding for your first project on Pro. Everything in Professional Setup plus custom CSS and brand integration, indoor wayfinding configured, embed install assistance, a 1-hour kickoff call, knowledge transfer session, and custom workflow setup.

White Glove is a lifetime, one-per-organization purchase — additional built projects use Professional Setup. Pair it with Premium service if you want ongoing maintenance after delivery.
