Invitations

Invite team members to your organization by email.

Sending Invitations

1. Go to Dashboard → Members
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter the email address and select a role
4. Click Send

The invitee receives an email with a link to join the organization.

Invitation States

Status	Description
Pending	Invitation sent, waiting for the user to accept
Active	User accepted and joined the organization
Blocked	Member blocked by an owner/admin — access suspended until unblocked

Accepting an Invitation

When an invited user clicks the link:

• If they already have a Layota account, they're added to the organization immediately
• If they don't have an account, they're prompted to register first

Member Limits

The number of members is limited by your subscription plan. You cannot send invitations if the member limit has been reached.

Revoking Invitations

Owners and Admins can revoke pending invitations from Dashboard → Members. The invitation link becomes invalid.
