Track how visitors interact with your map — clicks, searches, routes, and more.

Enabling Analytics

  1. Open your project in the editor
  2. Open the Analytics panel in the editor sidebar
  3. Toggle Enable Analytics
  4. Select which events to track

Event Categories

You can enable or disable individual events. Only enabled events are tracked and counted toward your analytics storage.

How It Works

  1. The embedded map collects events in the browser
  2. Events are batched and sent to the Layota API every 10 seconds
  3. Events are stored and aggregated on the server
  4. View reports in the Analytics Dashboard

Analytics data is retained based on your plan:

Privacy

  • Analytics does not track individual visitors or use cookies
  • Only interaction events (clicks, searches) are recorded
