Tags

Tags are categories you assign to areas and markers. Visitors can filter the map by tag to quickly find what they need.

Creating Tags

1. Go to the Tags panel in the editor
2. Click Add Tag
3. Enter a name (e.g., "Food", "Shopping", "Services")
4. Choose a color

Assigning Tags

Select any area or marker and add tags from the properties panel. An entity can have multiple tags.

How Tags Work for Visitors

When a tag filter is active on the published map:

• Only areas and markers with the selected tag are highlighted
• Other entities are dimmed or hidden
• Search results are filtered to the selected tag

Best Practices

• Keep tag names short and clear
• Use consistent naming across levels
• Limit to 5–10 tags for the best visitor experience
• Tags are project-wide — the same tag set applies to all levels
