Subscription Management

Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select a plan
  4. Complete the payment via Stripe

Your new limits take effect immediately.

Downgrading

When downgrading to a lower plan:

  • If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you'll need to unpublish projects or remove members before downgrading
  • Analytics data beyond the new retention period is deleted after downgrade

Changing Payment Method

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Manage Payment Method
  3. Update your card details in the Stripe portal

Viewing Invoices

Past invoices are available in Dashboard → Billing. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.

Canceling

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period

After cancellation:

  • Published projects remain accessible until the period ends
  • At the end of the period, your account reverts to the Free plan limits
  • Published projects are moved to Expired status and become inaccessible
