Subscription Management
Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices.
Upgrading
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select a plan
- Complete the payment via Stripe
Your new limits take effect immediately.
Downgrading
When downgrading to a lower plan:
- If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you'll need to unpublish projects or remove members before downgrading
- Analytics data beyond the new retention period is deleted after downgrade
Changing Payment Method
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Manage Payment Method
- Update your card details in the Stripe portal
Viewing Invoices
Past invoices are available in Dashboard → Billing. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
Canceling
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
After cancellation:
- Published projects remain accessible until the period ends
- At the end of the period, your account reverts to the Free plan limits
- Published projects are moved to Expired status and become inaccessible
